We are looking for "Microsoft Professional Services Director" for our customer Which is successful implementation of Microsoft solutions to their solutions to their enterprise scale customers in Turkey.

Job Description

  • He drives his department to  provide architectural solutions to enterprise customers on their journey to cloud  transformation,
  • For Key Enterprise Accounts, he works as a Cloud Solutions Architect and works with customers and provides best practices for Microsoft 365 & Azure  architectures solutions. (Architecture and Consulting)
  • For Key Enterprise Accounts, working with C-suite to provide better perspective for Microsoft Cloud Solutions,
  • Selling technical consultancy and managed services offers to customers,
  • Architecture, design, and planning for enterprise segment customers cloud transformation journey,
  • Supporting the sales team with presales technical activities,
  • Supporting the sales team with presales licensing activities,
  • Providing technical training about Cloud and Azure to customers & internally,
  • Hiring, on-boarding, developing, coaching, and mentoring cloud Architect and Cloud Consultants for his department,
  • Managing annual budget, determining team success targets, reporting to GM,
  • Re-organizing technical department’s structure for productivity,
  • Managing collaboration with Microsoft Turkey,
  • Primary technical management contact in dealing with Microsoft Turkey,
  • Creating a New Technical Talent program for Consultancy Team,
  • Acquiring new talents according to requirements,
  • Preparation of the technical curriculum & content,
  • Delivering technical trainings to talents,
  • Measuring of the completion & success for trainings,
  • Partnership for Training Providers,
  • Cloud Architecture Design and Planning by himself / with his team,
  • Developing and maintaining an in-depth technical knowledge of company products, services, and solutions,
  • Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the highest quality of technical support and consultancy is always delivered to the customer,
  • Directing and guiding team resources to always ensure the quality-of-service delivery to company customers,
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training for team members,
  • Providing technical training to customers.
