• B.Sc. degree in one ofthe following departments; Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical-ElectronicsEngineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and CommunicationsEngineering, Aeronautical Engineering.

• Experience or enthusiasmin wireless communications systems

• Knowledge in productdevelopment processes and standards

• Capable of on timeinternal and external delivery of outputs

• Analytic andmulti-dimensional thinking capability

• Ability to understandcomplex systems

• Responsible and ready forbeing a team player

• Ability to communicateeffectively in English both oral and written

• Experience Level : >10Years, 5-10 Years, >2 Years

• Education Level : BSc,MSc (Student), MSc (Graduate), PHd (Student), PHd (Graduate)

Level-A:

• 10+ years hand-onexperience in Receiver Architectures, Transmitter Design, SynchronizationTechniques and Wireless Communications Techniques on physical and link layer(COFDM, WCDMA, MIMO, Ad hoc, Mesh etc.)

• Experience inAnalog/Digital Communication Systems

• Experience in Information & coding theory

• Experience in theory of communications systems

• Experience in logicalanalysis of communications systems & simulations

• Experience in physicallayer designs, MAC/Link layer designs, tactical datalink protocols

• Understanding of RFcommunication system concepts, including link budgets, modulation, SATCOM

• Knowledge of CNIfunctions (voice radios, data links, Link 16, TACAN, IFF, crypto) is a plus

• Knowledge in Avionics andMission Systems and interfaces is a plus

Program / ProjectManagement experience is a plus

• Experience onEnvironmental Requirements Compliance (Vibration, Shock, Humidity ...) is aplus.

• Experience on using MATLAB, C, C++, HLS.

Level-B:

Solidunderstanding of digital communications systems, 5+ years hands- on experiencein digital signal processing algorithms design for communication systems

Extensiveknowledge and working experience in digital modulation schemes, forward errorcorrection, sampling theory, data symbol encoding / decoding, signalconditioning and implementation in Matlab, C, or FPGA, DSP etc.

• Work with a team ofengineers to help assess and define configurations for various potentialarchitectures

• Experience in logicalanalysis of communications systems & simulations

• Understanding of RFcommunication system concepts, including link budgets, modulation, SATCOM

• Analysis and evaluationof equipment such as antennas, amplifiers/transmitters, filters, receivers, anddigital communications equipment

Experience withMATLAB, C, C++, HLS.

A strongfamiliarity and understanding on high – speed board- level digital hardwaredesign is a plus

Experience withRF test equipment is a plus

• Experience in RFRequirement Development/Breakdown design is a plus

• Experience in SystemLevel RF Simulations design is a plus

• Experience onEnvironmental Requirements Compliance (Vibration, Shock, Humidity ..) is a plus

Level-C:

• Knowledge in logicalanalysis of communications systems & simulations in MATLAB, Simulink and C,  C++, HLS

• Understanding of RFcommunication system concepts, including link budgets, modulation, SATCOM

• A strong desire forsimulating the theory explained on paper and for making the performance tests(BER, PER, FER, MER, EVM etc.)

• A strong desire forimplementing the process of “simulation to real time“ level simulations(floating-fixed point/ block based-real time)

• Knowledge in theory of communications systems(COFDM, LTE, CDMA, MIMO etc.) is a plus

• Knowledge in multi-cyclemodem simulations (Tx, Rx, Channel Impairments, Synchronization etc.) is a plus

Experience withMATLAB, C

• Knowledge and experiencein processes and standards such as IEEE 15288, DO-254, DO-178C, SAE-ARP-4761,SAE-ARP-4754A is a plus for all possible levels.
