  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments, MBA degree is an asset,
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources,
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, familiarity with SAP HR module is a strong plus,
  • Knowledge in Labor law,
  • Able to take responsibility in multiple tasks and projects,
  • Able to perform in a highly dynamic environment requiring multitasking & correct prioritization
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and problem solving skills.
Job Description:
  • Collaboration with line managers for hiring of new employees; conducting evaluation methods such as interviews, personality tests, cognitive ability tests, reference checks, and finalizing the hiring process,
  • Actively take place in SAP HR system,
  • Preparing and updating HR related policies, standards & job descriptions,
  •  Preparation of regular HR reports and presentations.
  • Supporting of operational processes of HR practices related to Training, Compensation and Benefits systems etc.
