We are looking for "Jira Specialist" for our customer Which one is working aviation sector.


  • Completed university degree with IT background

  • Jira/Confluence/Service Desk Administrator in an enterprise environment

  • Jira/Confluence/Service Desk Data Center experience is a plus

  • Automation/ scripting for the implementation of self services

  • Requirements analysis - and evaluation, development and implementation of solution designs

  • Plug in Knowledge - Portfolio / Time in Status / Insight / Optimizer for Jira /Automation for Jira / Dynamic Forms

  • High communication skills, as a connector between business and IT

  • Agile project management experience

  • Customer and solution orientation

  • Advanced Jira / Confluence / Service Desk experience as a user

  • Practical experience in (agile) system development/system design

  • Business analysis experience desirable

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Experience in cross functional projects/teams

  • Willingness to learn new things

Job description:

  • System administration, customizing and further development of the Jira/Confluence/ServiceDesk instances.

  • System optimization/housekeeping and data cleanup.

  • Development and implementation of automation solutions for customer self services.

  • System maintenance and continuous assurance of proper operation as well as integration and testing of system updates and new plug-ins.

  • Technical administration of modules as well as implementation and maintenance of complex workflows (e.g. with Script Runner/Dynamic Forms, Automation in JIRA).

  • Communication with Jira partners and external consultants.

  • Gather requirements from business units and find & implement solutions within Jira/Confluence/Service Desk or escalate to external consultants for complex ones.

  • Create& maintain team & executive dashboards on Jira.
